Quest Item: Hermit Village Comet Azur is obtained by interacting with Primeval Sorcerer Azur, found on the cliffs southeast of the Hermit Village in Mt. Gelmir.

Quest Item: Caelid Acquired from Primeval Sorcerer Lusat in Sellia Hideaway. Requires the Sellian Sealbreaker from Sellen in order to access him.
- Founding Rain of Stars
Loot: Heretical Rise, Mountaintops of the Giants You'll need to walk over an invisible bridge across the valley directly east of the Snow Valley Ruins Overlook Site of Grace.
- Ranni's Dark Moon
Chelona's Rise, in the south-west of the Moonfolk Ruins. You'll have to solve the puzzle with the three spirit turtles. One is right next to the Rise, the other at the cliff south-east of the Lunar Estate Ruins on a ledge and the third is flying above the evergaol portal in the north-west. You'll have to start at Chelona's Rise and travel to each location by foot/horse, otherwise the turtles don't spawn.

Age of the Stars
Achieved the Age of the Stars ending
Finish Ranni’s questline, then choose her summon sign after the final boss instead of claiming the throne alone.
- Required path
- Complete Ranni the Witch’s questline, then select her ending after the final fight.
- Point of no return / backup
- Copy your save before the final boss (or before talking to Ranni’s summon sign in the after-credits choice flow).
- Mutual exclusion
- Cannot unlock with Elden Lord or Lord of Frenzied Flame on the same clear.
Elden Lord
Achieved the Elden Lord ending
Any non-Stars, non-Frenzied throne ending counts (default Elden Lord, plus variants such as Age of Order, Age of Duskborn, or Blessing of Despair).
- Required path
- Finish the game and claim an Elden Lord throne ending (default or quest variants such as Goldmask / Fia / Dung Eater).
- Point of no return / backup
- Keep a pre-final-boss backup if you still need Stars or Frenzied Flame later.
- Mutual exclusion
- Shares the ending slot with the other two ending trophies — one per clear.
Lord of Frenzied Flame
Achieved the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending
Inherit the Frenzied Flame (Three Fingers) and finish the game on that path. It blocks other endings until cured with Miquella’s Needle where applicable.
- Required path
- Meet the Three Fingers (often via Hyetta / Subterranean Shunning-Grounds), then finish the game on the Frenzied path.
- Point of no return / backup
- Back up before inheriting the Frenzied Flame, or before the final boss if you already did.
- Mutual exclusion
- Blocks other endings while the Flame is active; cure with Miquella’s Needle only if you still can on that save.

Elden Lord
Any throne ending that is not Age of the Stars or Lord of Frenzied Flame. Still mutually exclusive with the other two ending trophies on one clear.
Lord of Frenzied Flame
Requires the Frenzied Flame path. Can lock out other endings until you use Miquella’s Needle (after Placidusax’s arena) if you still want a different ending on that character.
Missable in the current playthrough
Quest-gated fights can slip away if you skip or break the related NPC line on this save. They are not gone forever if you still have NG+ or a backup.
Astel, Naturalborn of the Void
Tied to Ranni’s underground route. You can still clean it up later on the same character if you have not abandoned that path; it is not a random overworld respawn.
Lichdragon Fortissax
Requires progressing Fia’s quest to the deathbed dream. If Fia dies early or the quest is skipped past its window, you may need another cycle or a backup.
Can still be cleaned up
Most boss, story, and collection trophies remain available as long as you can still reach the content on this character.
Legendary collections, optional bosses, God-Slaying Armament, and ordinary story trophies stay available while you can still reach their content.
Requires NG+
Only needed when alternate endings (or a fully locked quest boss) are still missing and you have no backup save left.
Use NG+ when you already finished without backups and still need another ending. Boss and collection gaps rarely need NG+ by themselves.
Age of the Stars
